The WRH provides individuals and groups options for their retreat, conference or workshop. We engage in conversation regarding specific needs.

Since the WRH is one “house,” we can offer flexible arrangements depending on availability and size of the group. We have a Chapel; Library; Conference Room and dining room on the main floor; Lower Level Conference space with a smaller gathering room as well as a Blessed Sacrament Chapel on the lower level.

We have 52 private bedrooms with a single twin bed; 40 are Jack-n-Jill style; 12 are private bedrooms with a small sink but a general bathroom.

The Chapel can hold up to 100 people. It is free for individuals and groups staying in the WRH. If the Chapel is used as your only space, the regular facilities fee applies.

This lovely room can be used for small groups. It has a Board style table and chairs and can be utilized as a registration space or for group meetings. Also, it has both living room style couches and chairs as well as a large screen TV (28 inches) which provides HDMI connections.

This beautiful room has floor to ceiling windows on the south and west sides offering a very calm and comfortable atmosphere. It can be configured in various ways for groups of 50 to 75 and, depending on the arrangements, 100 people. It has a large screen TV.

Arranged in tables for 10, the dining room holds 100 people. It has floor to ceiling clear glass windows on the south-side and clear glass windows on the north-side, letting in natural light and providing a peaceful view of nature. In the back of the dining room are two smaller dining spaces, on either side, which offer a coffee/tea nook and smaller tables for private use.

There are 52 private bedrooms with a single twin bed. 40 Jack-n-Jill; 12 have a small sink but share a general bathroom. A Jack-n-Jill bedroom can be selected as a private-private for an additional charge when available.

This Conference space can hold 35-50 people and has large windows on the north-side with a small gathering room for up 10 to 20 people. It also has access to a small Blessed Sacrament Chapel.

If notice of your cancellation is received by the WRH on or before 6 months prior to your dates for groups more than 20 in number, 50% of your deposit will be returned.

If you group is smaller than 20 in number and you cancel 3 months prior to your event, 50% of your deposit will be returned.

Unfortunately, given the nature of our Retreat Ministry, we are unable to refund cancellations made with shorter notice. An exception is made when there is a situation which is beyond your control (natural disaster, pandemic). In that case, your full deposit is moved to your next scheduled event or 50% is returned.
